2026 and the 50th anniversary year of the founding of the American Volkssport Association was off to a great start with the St. Mary’s Cemeteries walk which toured the current and historic Catholic Cemeteries of Fredericksburg, including the last resting place of Deacon Ken Knopp, the AVA’S founder.
