Wednesday Walk! National Tolkien Reading Day. This year is the 89th anniversary of the publishing of The Hobbit and the 25th anniversary of the release of the movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
5K or 10K. Sign in from 8am-8:30am, then walk and finish at your own pace.
Two 5K loops – walk one or both! One loop includes the Cathedral Meditation Park the the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas; the other loop includes University of the Incarnate Word campus. This walk is a favorite among those who enjoy shady paths, beautiful architecture, and walking with coffee and a snack.
